FUELTEJO, Combustíveis e Lubrificantes, S.A. was constituted in 2001 as a result of phased restructurings and fusions, of a qualitative and quantitative reinforcing of the number of employees, taking on a solid growth and diversification strategy both of the products and services commercialised and also of the distribution of the commercial network itself and the Retail Outlets with its own brand, thereby deriving its branches with local representation offices beyond Cercal do Alentejo, in Almada and in the Algarve. The south of the country is the company?s more recent target for the distribution of petroleum products and its derivatives with a strong investment in the expansion of its brands and representations. In 2008, we were proudly awarded by the Institute of Support to Small and Medium Enterprises and Innovation (IAPMEI) with the statute of Leading SME in the scope of the FINCRESCE Program for defending the priority given to the quality rendered to the client. This award motivated us even more to increase research and development thereby satisfying both common and new client needs.
